ALL SPONSORS ARE WELCOME TO A LIGHT BREAKFAST AND FULL CATERED LUNCH. WE WILL PROVIDE A STANDARD TABLE AND TWO CHAIRS AS WELL AS WELCOME YOU TO DISPLAY A FULL BOOTH SHOWCASING YOUR BUSINESS.

Vendor Set Up
We'll meet you at the front entrance and guide you to your designated spot so you can begin set up.
7:30am - 9:00am
Customer Arrival
Guests will begin to register while vendors can enjoy some light breakfast and coffee.
9:00am - 11:00am
Meet & Greet
Network with other sponsors and meet and greet with customers.
11:00am - 1:00pm
Prime Time
Classroom is on break, and lunch is served! All attendees will be visiting vendors during this time. Our guest speaker will make keynote remarks, President Korey Neal will recognize all sponsors, and we'll complete grand prize raffle drawings.
1:00pm - 2:30pm
Video Testimonials
Networking Session
We'll have staff on-site for video content. We invite sponsors to engage via social media as well as interviewing top customers and vendors for video testimonials. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business and partnership with K. Neal.
2:30pm - 3:30pm
Quiet Breakdown
Vendor "quiet" breakdown and wrap up as the Seminar portion of the event is still in session.
